Quality Cooling, Heating & Plumbing has been serving Texas since 1984.
Quality isn’t just our name—it’s been our promise since 1984, when we first began serving Abilene and the Big Country with trusted Abilene HVAC services. In 2000, Fred and Shelly Bilbo took the reins, building on that foundation with a simple philosophy: treat people right, do honest work, and stand behind every job.
Fast forward to 2020, and that same mindset made its way to Central Texas, where we opened our Georgetown HVAC headquarters on Halmar Cove. Fred and his three sons—better known as the Bilbo Brothers—set out to bring small-town integrity and old-school work ethic to the big city. what started in Abilene has grown into Round Rock HVAC services, Cedar Park, Leander, and the greater Austin area, without ever losing the values that built it.
